A) Girth: Measure from the center of the shoulder, down the front, through the legs, and up the back to the staring point on the opposite shoulder.

B) Bust/ Chest: With arms down, measure around the fullest part of the chest.

C) Waist: Measure around the body at the natural waist. *Note waist measurements are at the smallest part of the waist. When you bend side to side, the crease line is the waist line.

D) Hips: Measure around the body at the fullest part of the seat.

E) Back Length: Measure from the most prominent bone at base of neck to the natural waistline.

F) Skirt Length: Measure from natural waistline to desired skirt length.

G) Dress Length: Measure from the most prominent bone at the base of the neck to desired dress length.
Every season, it seams at least a few cheerleaders on your team have a skirt too short, too long or maybe a top that's a little too tight. To ensure the best fit, we highly recommend ordering a free* Fit Kit. Each sizing set comes with one of each size in your desired style. All fit kits are subject to a refundable deposit. Apply your kit deposit to your final order, or receive a complete refund once the kit is returned in good condition. Custom and decorated garments are final sale. VCU is not held liable for alterations or replacements for sizes ordered incorrectly due to mis-measurements. Garment construction tolerance is 2cm.

Measurement to size conversions and size quantity tallies are the customer's responsibility.

Free Fabric Samples:
We strive to provide the most accurate online representation of cheerleading apparel as possible. Still, nothing beats holding the samples in your hands, test the stretch, see the reflection and feel the textures of our specialty fabrics. Choose the perfect shade to match your team colors. Please do not base shade on expectations on a monitor display, as these can vary. Shade expectations should only be based on live fabric swatches.
We also welcome a review of your fabric samples for a possible color match.

Payment & Delivery Details

Upon the Cheer Uniform Art Mock-up and quote approval, you will be emailed an invoice, which is payable online, or by mail.

Payment can be accepted with debit, credit, check, or money order. Customized uniforms (non-stock or sublimated items) can be put into production with 50% down. The remaining balance is due within 30 days.

Payments made with PO, requiring the order to be delivered before the balance is paid in full are subject to credit check and approval.

Custom Cut & Sew cheer uniforms take an ESTIMATED 4 - 6 weeks production. Color Rush is an ESTIMATED 1-2 weeks production. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery. This does not include customs screening time. Rush delivery is not available on custom garments.

Stock cheer uniforms are processed once the payment posts within 2-3 days. Please add 5-10 business days for team lettering/ graphics. Ground and rush shipping is available.

Victory Cheer Uniforms can not be held responsible for production delays outside of our control, such as unforeseen supply shortages, unforeseen staffing shortages, weather closures, and government policies.

Return & Claims of Defect
Every season, it seems at least a few cheerleaders on your team have a skirt too short, too long, or maybe a top that's a little too tight. To ensure the best fit, we highly recommend ordering a free* Fit Kit. Each sizing set comes with one of each size in your desired style. All fit kits are subject to a refundable deposit. Apply your kit deposit to your final order, or receive a complete refund once the kit is returned in good condition. Garments are made to size chart specifications and scaled to standard body proportions. We offer 17 sizes to encompass a wide range of body shapes. We also offer length adjustments. To ensure that a uniform fits like a glove to an athlete who is not in these 17 standard proportions and length adjustments, we recommend ordering with enough time to allow for post-production tailoring.
Custom and decorated garments are final sale. If a custom garment is not made as ordered, as deemed in a live inspection, a resolution including a possible remake or repair will be presented after inspection.
Inspect your delivery BEFORE distributing it to your team. If items are perceived to be the wrong size or missing, these must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Each garment and package is given a coordinating serial number to ensure that we package your ENTIRE order correctly. If claiming a garment was made with the wrong size, the garment AND packaging must be presented for inspection.
PLEASE order early to allow time for inspections. Events requiring the uniforms to be worn will not nullify our due diligence and inspection process.
