Thank you for ordering with Victory Cheer Uniforms! Our priority is to ensure your uniforms and accessories are delivered exactly as ordered and as expected. The process of ordering custom garments/ accessories with sizes that match multiple athletes can be quite detailed and result in extensive conversations with your account manager. To keep the details organized, the process simple and ensure clear expectations, we implement solutions such as:

  • Fit kits

  • Fabric samples

  • Uniform samples,

  • Production and shipping time estimates. We offer solutions when the desired style does not match your timeline and give upcoming timeline notices to our past customers so that future orders can be produced early enough to meet your deadline.

  • Order rosters (signed spec sheets) featuring athlete names and sizes and listing the matching athlete name on the packed custom garments for easy distribution to your team. This also features the signed uniform/ product design. 

  • Fabric care instructions.  

We cannot allow cancellations, returns, or exchanges of any customized garments. In addition, the following items can not be returned or exchanged for health code purposes once opened: socks, bows, and bodywear. If your garment is not customized you may return it at your own cost. Stock returns are subject to a 15% restcok fee. Non-customized items may be returned within 14 days of shipment.

All products must be returned in the original packaging in a new and unused condition to receive credit. 
 
Victory Cheer Uniforms® only sells first-rate, top-quality merchandise that has been rigorously inspected during the production process. Your satisfaction is our priority. We are always striving for a zero percent defect rate, but we realize that an occasional defect may occur. Should you ever encounter a defective Victory Cheer Uniforms® product please complete the order concern form below.

We require confirmation on design mock-ups. Please note that Victory Cheer Uniforms® reserves the right to judge a product as non-defective if such proof exists. Claims of a defect may be required for physical inspection. If found to be in non-defective condition, shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

We highly recommend sizing your team with a Fit Kit before placing your purchase to ensure the right size is ordered. Claims of garments being made with the wrong measurements will be compared to a fit kit to show if any error in the measurements was made. Garments are made based on the sizes selected and our size chart specifications, not individual athlete measurements. Purchasing parties are responsible for selecting sizes that match the athletes on the final spec sheet.

Date of Delivery - Delivery and sizing concerns MUST be submitted within 5 days of delivery and before the athletes take the uniforms home and begin wearing/ washing the uniform. Quality concerns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Concern

Please read the submission terms below. If a section does not apply to you, it will be treated as NA during an inspection/ exchange. Completing the form above and signing these terms below are required for all order concern submissions/ exchange requests. A resolution/ exchange request to your account manager will be routed to this form, and a timely response will be issued. I have thoroughly verified the sizes delivered and gone through all boxes received. My missing/ wrong size claim is being made within 5 days of delivery, and I have not sent the uniforms home with athletes (if applicable). This is important because all sizes may be required in an inspection. The weight of an inspection may be compared to the weight of the package shipped to verify that the full delivery is being inspected. Original packaging must be included in the inspection submission. Photos/ videos of sizing discrepancies must show the size tag and a flat measuring tape in the same image. I have read, followed, and instructed athlete parents on the Victory Cheer Uniforms garment care instructions and disclaimers. I understand concerns are subject to photo/ video/ possible VCU home office inspection. Dates for desired product use do not void the proper inspection requirement to validate defects/ incorrect deliveries. Upon validation, product/ order defects/ deliveries not matching the order spec sheet will be resolved by VCU as soon as possible. VCU reserves the right to validation and the manner of resolution depending on the situation. Custom products are not refundable but replaceable if made differently from the spec sheet. Local tailoring refunds (post-inspection) MAY be issued, if determined to be the best resolution. I have not and will not alter the products before inspection. I understand inspection strictly confirms quality concerns and/ or what was delivered matches what was ordered on the spec sheet (within a 2cm tolerance). I have received the recommended fit kit and fabric samples offered throughout the ordering process (if applicable). During production, if a design is not feasible, the production team/ your AM will communicate this with you for approval before continuing. This record is saved to your account, and the approval is established as the expectation production is required to meet. By signing below you agree that the order differs from the signed spec sheet and approved production updates to your order. If a VCU home office inspection determines that the delivery matches the spec sheet approval, I will be responsible for return/ exchange shipping costs.
